Eligibility Criteria for E Kalyan Scholarship:
Aspirants should have of Jharkhand State.
Contenders must be either Schedule Tribe (ST) or
Schedule Caste (SC) or Backward Class (BC).
Annual Family Income: Aspirants Annual Family
Income from all sources must not exceed as per the list provided below.

Who are not eligible to apply for this scholarship?
Aspirants belonging to the categories other than SC,
