Paper Wise UGC NET Syllabus
Paper
1
– UGC NET first paper will be based on general nature planned to assess the
teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. Through his paper CSIR will check
your reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness.
In first paper there are 60 objective type questions. Aspirants will attempt only
50 questions.
Paper
2 –
Paper 2 will be subjective type. In second paper there will be 50 questions. Applicants
will give their answer on Optical Mark Reader (OMR) sheet which will be provided
you along with the Test Booklet.
Paper
3 –
UGC NET 3rd paper will be descriptive type. In this paper will be 75
objective type questions. All question are compulsory their answer you will attempt
in test booklet.
