The Indian Air Force have conducts AFCAT Exam
every year. The main purpose to organize this exam, select a talented and brave
candidates for Indian Air Force. Those candidates want to join IFA department
they must have qualified AFCAT Exam.
AFCAT Syllabus Overview
There will be 4 sections from which the
questions will be asked:
General Awareness |
To test your knowledge on the current topics regarding history, science, defense, sports, economics, etc. |
Verbal Ability in English |
To test the skills of English language Error detection, synonyms, antonyms, word-meanings, comprehensions are asked in this section. |
Numerical Ability |
Contains mathematical section up to 12th class with interest rate, numerical fractions, average, etc |
Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test |
Spatial abilities and verbal skills are the parts of this section |
AFCAT Exam Pattern
- The total exam duration time will be of 2 hours.
- This exam will be commenced separately for males and females candidates.
- There will be 100 questions and each question carries 03 marks.
- Negative marking will be applicable; on every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted.
- There is no negative marking for the questions left unanswered.
