Qualification: Candidates
must have 10+2/ Graduation Degree in Arts science, technical or equivalent of
recognized Board/ University / Institutions according to post.
Age
Limitation: Applicants for all category of post must be having

Form (.pdf)”. Fill the form by providing all true details. Attach Birth
Certificate as per HSLC Admit card, Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate and
Employment Registration Card with 3 copies of passport photographs. Submit this
filled form to the following address on or before last date.
