Application Fee Details: General/OBC applicants have to pay application fee as Rs.200/- and reserved candidates are exempted from application fee and money has to be deposit in any branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur / State bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card.

B.E./B.Tech or passed sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India)
Or
  • Obtained a degree/diploma in engineering from such foreign university/college/institution recognized by the Government of India from time to time
  • Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India);

Or
Passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India;
Or
Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Radio Engineers, London held after November, 1959.

  • Now the first page you will face with lot of informative links in which find the link as “UPSC Online Application”.
  • You just have to press that link and go forth.
  • At new web page will open having online Application Form.
  • Part-I and Part-II as per the instructions available in the above mentioned site through drop down menu
  • Must upload scanned photograph and signature duly scanned in the .jpg format in such a manner that each file should not exceed 40 KB each and must not be less than 3 KB in size for the photograph
  • Check and submit it successfully.
