Commercial Pilot Entrance Exam
Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA) conducts
Commercial Pilot Entrance Exam for those job aspirants who
wish to take
admission in IGRUA (Flying Training Institute) for Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
Course. Candidates who are going to appear in Commercial Pilot Entrance Exam must fill online application form in prescribed format on or before
last date. Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi offers Ab-initio to Commercial
Pilot License Course for issue of CPL with multi-engine endorsement &
instrument rating or multi engine aircraft. Candidates can also check the Commercial

Commercial Pilot Eligibility Criteria
General
Categories: Candidates must have English at 10+2 level
with Minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics & Physics.
SC
/ ST / OBC Categories: Candidates must have English at 10+2 level with minimum 50%
aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics.
Age
Limit: Candidates age should be not less than 17 years.
Application
Fee:
Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 6000/- for general & OBC applicants. Application
charge will be remunerated also through internet banking, debit or credit cards
or through a demand draft drawn on any Bank payable at Raebareli. Applicants
making payment through demand draft will have to fill the draft info in online
application form as per instructions and forward the draft along with a
printout of their application form to Akademi through speed post or DTDC
Courier. SC and ST applicants are exempt from payment of application charges.
Selection
Process: Candidates will have to go through ONLINE Written Test,
Viva/Interview and Pilot Aptitude Test.
Written Test
|
The
cutoff marks for SC/ ST/ OBC Applicants will be 5% less from the cut off
marks secured by the last candidate in the General category.

Interview/ Viva
|
All
short listed Applicans will be required to produce following documents in
original as well as one photocopy of each document at the time of interview.

of Date of Birth ( such as 10th Class certificate )

10+2
Mark sheet
Caste
Certificate for SC/ST/OBC Candidates
A
Certificate from the competent Authority that the OBC Candidate does not
belong to Creamy layer.

Pilot Aptitude Test/ Psychometric Test

Only
successful applicants in Pilot Aptitude/ Psychometric Test shall qualify for
final selection. No relaxation criteria will be applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC
Applicants in Pilot Aptitude/ Psychometric Test.

Way to Apply for IGRUA Entrance Exam
- Motivated candidates visit the official website of Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi which is www.igrua.gov.in
- Move on “Entrance” section and press on “More Details”.
- Read out the total info properly and go to apply online option.
- Fill the registration form correctly & go on “submit” button described at the bottom of page.
- Online Application Form will appear on your computer screen.
- Fill complete info in the form and must upload the scanned copy of educational documents if required.
- Upload scanned recent coloured passport size photograph and digital signature in provided space.
- Submit it within the given time period.
- Take a print out of application form for future reference.
Commercial
Pilot Entrance Exam Hall Ticket: Hall Tickets can be
downloaded on or after application forms submission last date. Call letters will also have the interview
and aptitude test schedule and will be valid only if the applicant is
shortlisted in written test, so that the applicants may plan their visit to Indira
Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA) for Interview/Aptitude Test in advance.
