For Trained Graduate Teacher: UPSESSB Trained Graduate Teacher test consists following subjects as follows:-
Hindi, Sanskrit, Science, Zoology, Mathematics, Home Science, Sociology, Arts, Music, Singing, Commerce, Urdu, Agriculture, Physical Education, Katai Bunai, English, and Silai.

English:

Section 1- Language
  • Unseen passage for comprehension
  • Usage, Tense, Spelling, Punctuation, Narration, Vocabulary and Idioms and Phrases.

Section 2- Literature 
  • Form of literature and figures of speech.
  • Authors and Works – William Wordsworth, John Keats, Charles Lamb, P.B. Shelly, Charles Dickens, Matheu Arnold, Alfred Tennyson, Thomas Hardy; T.S. Eliot, Kamala Das, Mulkraj Anand, Nissim Ezzekiel; Robert Frost, Walt Whitman, Ernest Hemmigway, William Faulkner and William Shakespeare.

For Post Graduate Teacher: UPSESSB Post Graduate Teacher test consists following subjects as follows:-
Physics, Chemistry, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Zoology, Mathematics, History, Civics, Economics, Education, Psychology, Agriculture, Geology, Sociology, Music, Military Science, Reasoning, Home Science and Pali.

English:

Section 1-Language
