For Management Trainee (General): Applying
applicants should have passed graduate degree or equivalent from a recognised
university, having obtained at least 60 percent marks or the candidates should
have completed CA/ICWA/CS.
For Management Trainee (Depot): Aspirants
must have qualified graduate degree or equivalent from a recognised university,
having obtained at least 60 percent marks or the candidates should have
completed CA/ICWA/CS.
For Management Trainee (Movement): Job
grabbers must have passed graduate degree or equivalent from a recognised
university, having obtained at least 60 percent marks or the candidates should
have completed CA/ICWA/CS.
For Management Trainee (Accounts): Applying aspirants should have acquired Associate Membership of

- The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India;
- The Institute of Cost Accountants of India;

Management Trainee (Technical): Aspirants should have done their B.Sc.(Agriculture)/B.Tech /BE in Food Science/Food Science and Technology /Agricultural Engineering/Bio Technology from a recognised university/an institution approved by AICTE.
Management Trainee (Civil Engineering): Job
grabbers must have a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university
or equivalent.
Management Trainee (Mechanical Engineering): Job

university or equivalent.
Management Trainee (Electrical Engineering): Appliers
must have a degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university or
equivalent.
Manager (Hindi): Candidates must
have master's degree of a recognized university or equivalent in Hindi with
English as a subject at the degree level. Or they should have a Master's degree
of a recognised university or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at
the degree level. Moreover, the candidates should have acquired at least 5
years' experience of terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work from
English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferrably of technical or scientific
literature. Or the candidates should have acquired five years' experience of
teaching/research writing or journalism in Hindi.
